NESCAFE: Not just about coffee...
Have you ever feel that you can't function until your morning cup of Nescafe? Hmm..my friend did. Every morning, before start the daily chorus she will make a cup ..no..cup but mug..(slightly bigger).. of Nescafe. She said if she doesn't take it, she will feel weak, sleepy, and have no mood to do her job.
Is she addicted to Nescafe? I don't know. No research said if Nescafe is addictive. But they have research about caffein. Caffeine is naturally found in certain leaves, seeds, and fruits of over 60 plants worldwide. The most common sources in our diet are coffee, tea, chocolate, cola, and energy drinks. Caffeine can also be produced synthetically and added to food, beverages, supplements, and medications.
Like we all know, Nescafe is all about coffee. The beans chosen for NESCAFÉ coffee come from all over the world – Brazil, Colombia, Kenya, Costa Rica, etc. It’s up to a skilled team of blending experts to ensure that the quality and flavour of the coffee they produce is consistent, year in year out. By weight, the amount of caffeine found naturally in coffee is only about 1% for Arabica and 2% for Robusta coffee beans. When you read '97% Caffeine Free' on the label, 97% of that 1% or 2% has been removed.
But still got caffein that left behind. If you read Caffeine Intoxication you will know what caffeine effect to our body. As compelling as the research in favor of caffeine being addictive is, there is equally compelling evidence that it is not addictive. It is argued that the pleasurable aroma, taste, and social aspects of coffee are the reasons for consumption. Esspecially the aroma. Nescafe have a very pleasure aroma that make people craving for it. Me also sometime really wanna try .... if only I m not alergic to it.
So do you one of those who can't start working without a cup of coffee? Just remember... its not just a coffee. Its Nescafe...
